4.30am in the morning but me and ekka arent sleepy yet. thought i'll blog and add pictures here cause im usually lazy to upload my holiday pictures. havent even post my taiwan pictures up! oops!
ekka is watching poker on a poker channel! (dawn, imagine lionel being addicted to it!)
watched mtv earlier on and its about being 16 and pregnant! mtv should have given an insider on a real 16 yr old teen suffering from financials and the stressful painful parts but the 1st episode (out of 3 ) i watched, showed how the guy
married her and they lived happily ever after with no problems. felt it would only encourage teens to quit school and be a parent as it seemed easy!
so anyway, it's our 10th day but we havent been to any tourist attractions yet.(other than Times Square) i have been to those tourist places before though i cant remember a thing. it's ekka first time to the united states! he's always telling me he cant believe it he's in united states though he misses home. i really like it that we are so laid back here and we are takin our time to explore instead of having to rush on a schedule. you know how i love waking up lateeeee or more like i cant wake up. blame my bad sleeping patterns.
anyway its our 10th day and we have spent almost 4 friggin thousand dollars on fooddddddd, groceries, train tix and little stuff here and there. i cant believe how much we have spent!!! and its not like we eat out all the time or indulge in any fine dining places! infact ekka makes brunch for us almost everyday. such a sweetie. mega size too!! will upload pictures soon! (well, i wash all the dishes!)
On monday, we drove up to Woodbury where there are 220 outlet stores! it was an hour drive so it was like our first mini roadtrip here in New York! ekka was sleeping throughout so there goes a little cam whoring in the car to kill time. should have brought chips to snack on.
   was really excited to go when i heard there was 220 stores but when i got there,
stuff was either very old fashioned, still about the same price or totally not my style. so i didnt get much. was rather disappointing. seemed like guys have more stuff to buy though. ekka bought 3 pairs of shoes for a huge steal! well, girl's fashion trends come and go, while boys shoes will always be about the same style. i guess that's why girls can never get enough of shoes! so instead of shopping till i drop, i was taking pictures!
  Got really hungry halfway and we shared a footlong steak sandwich.
it was sooo good (as we were really hungry) and i was craving for chicken badly (what's new?) so we went to mcdonalds and got ourselves another burger each!
it was really crazy as the burgers are huge in size but really yummy!
 and then at night, the 3 of us went to korean town near the empire state building for korean food. frigging $150 for the 3 of us! insane!!!!!
 alright, its 5.01 am and my dark eye rings are getting darker and darker :( |

Mmm, saw ur woodbury common pics on fb..wished i was there too!! Oh well, tot u will be fascinated by the 220 stores but you sounded really bored there!! The king sized burger looks yummy but too bad i am not a beef/ meaty lover... u sure u finshed em alone?? Oh gosh, that's an exorbitant price to pay for korean food, was it even good?? Ohhhh... get me some Reese peanut butter cups if u still have some pennies to spare..TSK TSK!!
