cant believe this lovely roses are still alive after 10 days!! someone please teach me how to dry a bouquet of roses cause i really dont know how to. i water them every single day, then when its dying, i turn it upside down and dry it and after awhile there'll be a smell and the petals will be falling apart. prob has some fungus attack due to the strong stench so all my bouquets given by ekka dearest were all being thrown away. such a waste of money too. yet some people say it's bad luck to keep dead roses in your room.

so 10 days ago, last mon, as i was about to leave the office at 6.30pm, i'd a surprise at the door waiting for me. the delivery man came late! ekka sent me roses. love from all the way from LA. sooooo sweet of him. though i didnt like that the roses were wrapped in green wrapper. why of all colour green. it doesnt go with pink! of all his bouquets he has given me, this isnt the nicest of the lot. that's cause he isn't around to handpick the roses and customised them. but im not complaining, cause he's still the sweetest! <3

2 days before he sent me the surprise, (that weekend) he MIA on me (to cool off) after we had a little arguement. i was fighting really badly with my brother over some work/family issues and i needed him to hear me rant out loud. but he had to study for his test the next day and couldn't focus on me. so i was rather annoyed and very affected cause i had no one else to rant and head for some wise advices. in the end, we had a mini-fight and we led our own life during the weekend.

i tried callin him to wish him good luck for his test but he didnt answer my calls so i didn't bother much and led my life here with distractions to keep me strong. so dearest ekka spent the weekend all alone in LA reflecting and feeling emotional about our long distance r/s and decided to surprise me the day i return to work. seriously, he didnt have to as it's just the weekends. not like he MIA on me for days and weeks. but sooooooo sweet of him!

i actually realised this long distance r/s does help us become stronger. you know after every arguments, im the sort that will bomb his phone to settle it now now now as my heart cant take it and i'll go crazy. but now that he's so far away, it's so hard to argue so by the time i talk to him again, i forgot all that happened and i cant be bothered to pick another fight. hahahaha. so that's rather good. lol.

this long distance r/s is doing very well. very very strong and smooth and i'm so proud of US. or rather im so proud of me me me! before, i was very afraid of the time difference. how he will be sleeping when im awake and not being able to be there for me. but the timing suits us perfectly well.

when im up for work in the morning, he's having dinner so we'll chat on bbm. when im in office, he'll be doing his homework till the wee morning (poor him!). sometimes he's up doing his assignments till 4am and it would be 7pm here. (though, i should really stop distracting him from doing his assignments so that he'll be able to sleep earlier!) and when im in bed at 1 or 2am, he'll be waking up and rushing to school. dont you agree the timing is just perfect? makes me feel he's actually all around me most of the time. heheee
