Before ekka left for LA, we decided to make a trip down to BKK with my parents. Initially me & ek booked for a total of 9 days so that we can have some private time there. US embassy screwed up our plans due to problems with his student visa so we missed our flight. Then, they had to keep his passport with him for a few days so my cousin forgo her air tix and the both of us bought a brand new ticket. Maki on the other hand had fyp submission so she forgo her air tix as well and flew up with ekka a few days later with a brand new air tix. Gosh, the troubles of buying budget air tickets and booking in advance. my parents then flew in after that. in the end, all of us had to buy a brand new tix seperately and spent a bomb instead.
It was only when we landed in bangkok that my cousin realised she does not have auto-roming on her hp and i left mine in spore so everyone back at home was worried sick that we were uncontactable.
Day 1 : we had lunch at MK steamboat, shopping and tomyum along the roadside!
2nd day : our hotel buggy sent us out to the main road, went to Siam paragon to meet my parents once they landed. Had lunch and full body massage together and at night, our 'thai princess' friend came to hang out with us.
3rd day : Shopping shopping shopping so no pictures!
4th day : Shabu Shabu buffet lunch that was served through a conveyor belt. it was so lousy and horrible. tried to hint many times to passer-bys outside that the food suck.
4th day : Ekka treated all of us for dinner at this really beautiful thai restaurant at a hotel where Micheal Jackson stayed once. The setting was so beautiful and classy in our own private room.

4th day : After dinner, we headed to The Dome for booze and to chill out. 2nd time im there and again, i told everyone i wana get engaged right there. Dad wasn't into the chilling and relaxing and bugged us to leave for supper along the roadside as it was his last day. Yummy mango sticky rice and wantan mee. (pics below)
5th day : We girls went to the weekend market but didnt manage to shop much cause ekka came to meet us with the bad news of the accident back in spore and we didnt have much mood to shop anymore. Pictures of us with self timer shots at our living room in our beautiful hotel.

The ultimate shopping experience, the yummy cheap food, the friendly people with huge smiles, the sweetest hot pink cabs, the cheap and creative manicures, the most amazing view at Dome, my lovely hotel and the list goes on...
but most of all, i love my bangkok boy <3

i dont really fancy MK steamboat u know. not that fantastic.
the hotel is affordable actually. $140 per night then u can split it as the room is huge!! kitchen comes with fryin pan, wine glasses etc. everything!!your own living rm n bed room.

Yup! I thought of perming my hair in Bangkok but is afraid that there may be communication barrier. The curls that you and your gal pal did are really lovely :)
yea my friend permed her hair once in bkk and due to communication barrier, it destroyed her whole entire hair.
in the other blogpost u were referring, my gf permed her hair while i didnt. my hair was permed in spore. but i did a wash n blow with curls at bkk.
if u wana do your hair, go to siam square and the salon name is called CHIC CLUB. its always crowded n very famous among the youngsters. :)
